Default Zaino, Zaino, Orange Peel

I Zaino'ed my Redline this afternoon. So far just one coat of Z-5, followed by Z-6 spray. When the light hits the car in just the right way, you can see a tremendous amount of orange peel.
You also see a nice reflection of the trees in my yard.

Just at the infiniti dealership and the Red G35s had some decent orange peel. The G35c that was in there looked pretty good though. There was a 1600 dealer markup on one of the G35 sedans there... stupid. They have 8 on the lot and 3-4 of those were there when I went a couple months ago. Doesn't seem smart to mark up a car that you aren't selling too well.

Did you notice it before you used Zaino? It does bad enough to have noticed when you first picked it up. I think that its worth discussing with your dealer.

Zaino will make no difference with orange peel.

Yes, I noticed it as soon as I picked the car up, and will discuss it with the dealer when I bring it in for service.

You only see the orange peel at a certain angle of reflection.

Was that on the hood? That is really pretty bad OP. I would bring that back and have them take a look. They may owe you a new paint job.

Preserve and increase the longevity of the paint? Is that really what they are saying? That's a load of crap. I suppose they could have coated the entire car in cement too. That would have preserved the longevity of the paint too, but it would like like hell. Almost as bad as the orange peel.
