I was at the Woodlands Mall near Houston, TX.

I saw this black brand new Lamborghini ......

I'm not sure if it was a Murcielago or a Diablo.

It had two pairs of exhaust tips near the center.

Well anyways I was chasing it around the parking lot, and I heard how it sounded....

It sounds raspy like and alot like a cat-less race car. But quieter.

Then I heard my Z with the stock exhaust. It sounds better.

 

ha, now race him and see that only the sound is better

 

sounds like it was a Gallardo. They dont make Diablo's anymore, and Mucialago's are deffinately not raspy.

 

man, ive heard 2 lambo murcielagos revving up the engine at a shop b4, dang. i was speechless. sounds so damn crazy. no words can define it. wait no, there is one, "sexiness" haha

 

i haven't heard a lambo exhaust that i did not like. i even heard one that platnum motosports work on. can you say DYAMM

Have both cars rev to their redline and one will come out as a clear winner, the other will sound rather tame.

 

it was probably a murcielago and you're smoking crack if you think our z sounds better. Next to the carrera gt the murcielago has one of the best sounding engine notes.

 

OMG! The Z sounds better? Don't get me wrong... i love the Z, but the murcielago sounds Soooo much better...

 

I heard one once, the sound is awesome.

 

First of all I don't do drugs.

This is the car, now that i did a search. It wasn't a VT though.

The one I looked at also didn't have a spoiler.

I still think the Z sounds better. All I heard was it taking off from a stop sign and going through the parking lot. And I was comparing it to how my car sounded going at the same speeds. We weren't revving engines.

 

And I didn't say the Diablo sounded bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gallardo exhaust tips arent centered and there is no way anyone can think their z sounds better than a Gallardo.

 

One night I was lucky enough to catch up to a Gallardo and a Ferrari sparring between stoplights. The Gallardo sounded incredible...throaty, loud, exotic. The guy was in front and revving it up. When the light turned green he took off like a bat out of hell. Amazing grip and acceleration on those cars. Haven't seen a take off like that in a long time.

If it had 2 pairs of tips it had to be a Diablo. The new ones have a pair in the center only.

 

Yeah I love my 350, but theres no way in hell you'd convince me it sounds better than a Diablo....I've heard one before and unless you like, for comparison, ricey civics vs. an LS1 sound then there is just no way you can think it sounds better.

Just, absolutely no way.

but ill tell ya this, the Z in a tunnel from a 2nd gear roll sounds amazing man, ....i have made a guy in a ferrari tell me how good my car sounds when we were in the the holland tunnel, its almost music to my ears they def made a signature note with the Zs sound
