Putting calipers on the wrong side of car...
Is it possible to put the rear calipers on the wrong side of the car. They are not marked like the front! Non Brembo 04 touring 6spd 18" I cant get my brakes right and I am starting to wonder if the rear calipers are on the wrong sides of the car . Have air and cant get it all out. Even after taking off caliper with line attatched putting wood in there and moving caliper while bleeding an air bubble popped out of each rear. But still only have about 60% stoppinbg power.

This is what it should look like. If you've done this, don't feel too bad, you aren't the first and won't be the last. I did it on my 240Z and even the shop had a hard time figuring it out, and one of my powdercoating clients recently did the same on his 350z. Notice how in both cases the bleed valve points towards the front of the car, but in the wrong one, the bleeder is below the point where the brake line enters the caliper and on the correct one it is above that point. That is what you want.
