the freakin dealer forgot to add my navigation system. Ordred back in May without the NAV but requested it 2-3weeks later. Met with dealer in person and even confirmed it over the phone. I later called Nissan North America just to double check and they said it was done. SO I get a call last Tuesday to pick up my car and I'm all happy and figure let me check the inventory online to see if its there....it is and the NAV option isnt listed....call the dealer back and then tells me that I never ordered the NAV and that he doesnt remember meeting with me or any of the phone calls about....WTF!!! EVEN NNA didnt have a record of the phone call or the order # they gave me when i called in AUG.

SO PISSED at this point....so I tell the dealer give me til friday to decide on the car and they said NO, decide today (tuesday)...so i told them to go F themselves, i'm not taking the car

Waiting so long for nothing, NNA is trying to find me another ride, should hear from them this week.
