I see 3 colors. But it seems to be more apparent under certain lighting conditions and angles.



and later after that same side repaired after being dented.

The bumper on my Tampa Blue 00 Eclipse was a different color too. I didn't even notice until I waxed it the first time.

only in photograhs is it visible

now looking at channone photo

you can see why i would change the gas cap if they repaint. it has the worst color match. but again is only visible in photos

I hate to sound like a pain in the a$$ but... how is it only visible in photos? I mean it isn't like we are taking an MRI or anything-- the camera only sees light which is the same things your eyes see.

I was told by the dealer that the car was going to be reinspected within 72 hours. So we will see what happens.

I see what you all are saying and I can understand why Nissan is addressing the issue. But much like all this orange peel talk, I don't think it is really all that big of a deal. If the inspector deems my Z to have issues with the paint, then I may just be getting a Brickyard instead. Either way I don't think I can lose.
