Thank you to all of you that took my question seriously... I just wanted to know how it was done!!
And yes I have purple tireflys.... but they are not on my new wheels, I think I'm burnt......so all of you can stop flaming me now!!!!

Don't worry about it . . . this wouldn't be an interesting community if everyone installed the "most popular" items. It's all about showing a little personality through your mods and taking other people's ideas and providing your own lil' twist.
