When behind another car at a stop light,
I start accellerating as soon as the guy moves an inch and keep right behind them until doing about 20 mph or so. I just look through their car watching the traffic in front of them to be safer.
If every car sits and waits for the driver in front of them to stop talking on their cell phone and put the car in gear we'd never get anywhere.
