I live right up the road from Kid Rock which is right on M15 in Clarkston MI and I'm driving past his place in my Z... I look in his drive and I see his gate open and a Ford GT is pulling out (The new ones) so im like... dude I gotta spin it around and see who this is... so i spin it around and I pull up to see the rear end of a GT... someone's just pulling out maybe going 5 mph when i get close and I see they notice me ... they slam it and in first gear actually we didnt pull away from each other at all till 2nd gear hit and BAM! That GT was taking off lol... pulling at a rate that made me literally say out loud.. "DAMN" but they stop at around 55ish and I pull up close again and we do this a few times before the road opens to two lanes in our direction and I pull along side...

Who do i see sitting in the seat? Mr. Kid Rock smoking a big *** cigar! LOL... today at the palace about 10 mins from there is where the Pistons are playing the Pacers and he's at almost every game... so im guessing thats where he was off to! But I thought id share the awesome Z story that I had today with everyone!

no doubt!! yea it is a Ford, but that thing rocks. Dont have the perf figures off hand but a ford GT will smoke most twin turbo Z even. Think it does the 1/4 in around 11.9 sec. Not sure though. No flames now guys. I didnt say all TT Z's, just most. Cool story by the way. ben

I was impressed to that he even gunned it... but this is Kid Rock.. not some whimpy actor person... He really floored it too! I was surprised it really smoked a lot of black smoke from the exhaust...

but yes it was Red with white stripes... STILL A HOT CAR!! I've seen a few so far in Michigan... all on Woodward... one blue one and a black one... now this red one of Kid's... he's always at a local bar near me called "Bull frogs" its very common to see him there...

Dude. I just looked through your pics becasue I was curious to see how your car looked yellow/black. Well, I HATE to be the bearer of bad news but YOUR RIMS ARE ON BACKWARDS! The passenger side is how they should be, but if you notice your driver side rims, the 9.5 is on the front and the 8.5 is on the back! It should be the other way around and you can tell by the concave look on the front and non concave look in the rear (shoudl be concave in rear and straight in front)

Let me know if I am right.
