Default Stillen Exhuast

Anyone know who is selling the cheapest Stillen Catback Exhaust online?

Also, what is the difference between the dual wall tips and the original? Pics to show?

Thanks!

There is a group buy going on right now by westby, shoot him a PM.

Pretty much, the main thing I notice is that it seems like dual wall tips have stainless steel on the outside and inside of the exhaust tips, the original tips only have SS on the outside.

It's the same thing, they just named it different. The piping itself is ran the same way, only difference is the dual wall or regular tips.

Can anyone verify that this exhaust (the dual path one) makes 16whp and 14wtq?

Hard to verify without doing a before and after dyno. Local conditions may vary from where Stillen did theirs. Even changed conditions between the before and after dyno at the same location can effect measurements.

I picked the Stillen because it's the system they used to test their supercharger kit with and they tweaked all the components for the best overall performance gain.

I've heard the Stillen exhaust and the Nismo exhaust side by side and like the sound of the Stillen best.

A suggestion: Go find someone with a Z that has the Stillen system on it and challenge them to a race. If they beat you, they gotta be turning more HP and Torque, don't they?

You might want to get a back issue of the Fall 2003 issue of Sport Z magazine. Page 38 begins a four page 350Z exhaust shootout, complete with dynos and comparison data. Stillen's product was tested and compared with four others and the OEM exhaust in the article.
