well, both nizl AND I are having some problems. vins in the late 2k's. I am wondering:

to those who have replaced tranny's..did you just get another exact tranny that very well may have problems, or has the problem been isolated and new tranny's are way better?

 

My tranny had the grinding noise from the get go. I have since been informed that it was not a design problem, but an assembly problem. I haven't heard anything out of the ordinary on the new tranny and I am not worried one bit. Even with some heavy track miles now, runs like a champ.
