never have been that coordinated but i'll blame it on these size 13 boats...

but then i used to have an alfa gtv6 ( well 3 of em) and was never very good at double clutching into 2nd either

yeah long car rides are a bit of a pain in the back - not much room for lumbar pillows either

seems like we could start a class action lawsuit against nissan re discrimination vs height in their sports cars... of course there is plenty of headroom in a roadster i guess...

The biggest problem you will likely face is foot room. It's a little cramped down in the pedal region. I wear flip-flops all the time though and take them off when I drive so I get more room. It got me thinking, you know those little gel things you put in front of your key board? One of those would be really comfy to rest my heel on when I'm driving w/o shoes on. LOL

I'm 6'7" and have no problems with legroom but I could use some more headroom. I've got to tilt my head just a bit when I ride or slouch some. Sometime this year I'm gonna get off my a$$ and take my seat rails to a machine shop so I can lower my seat about 2".....should be perfect then.

6'5"

No problem with legroom. Headroom is fine as long as I lean back slightly (which is ok with me.

Size 15 shoes - never have been able to get heel and toe. Don't know if it's because of the shoe size or because I'm retarded though.

The best thing to do is go test drive one and see for yourself. See if it's comfortable enough for you because you're the one that's going to be driving it anyway. If you need more headroom... get a convertible.

The convertibles look ok but I'd rather have the hardtop version. I'm plannin on having a test drive sometime next week so I'll find out then.

What Kind of rate are you guys/gals gettin on a new Z?

I know someone a the Nissan dealership. My father bought a car from their and the saleman let him bring the car home for the night & return it the next day so he was 100% sure that he wanted the car. Turns out that he did'nt buy it but bought another car from them instead. So I'm hoping that he will let me do the samething and since he knows us then I think I have a good chance with this. But then again, it is a Z so who knows. I am 25yrs old so maybe me being older will help to, well see.

im 6'3", i feel comfortable in a Z, to the point when i dont even wanna get out. I often have 6-7 hrs trips from MD to OH, and I feel safe and comfortable in it....well....my *** starts hurting after a coupla hrs of sitting in one position, just like in any other car i had before.

I feel less comfortable in my GFs Accord, or my dad's Mercedes ML320. Test drove a G35c, and felt claustrophobic in it.

I'd say, a Z is perfect for tall drivers.

I wear size 12, it is FRIGGIN HARD to heel-toe. I am thinking about driving with my shoes off, I'll be able to feel the petals better that way and have a little torsional control over my foot and toes.

I am 6' and obviously have plenty of room especially compared to some of the 6'2" or 6'4" guys on the forum. The tilt wheel helps enormously.

Wear flip-flops. And not just because it's cool...they let you drive w/o shoes easily...which rules! LOL

Seriously though...I'm gonna get one of those gel things for your keyboards and put it down there to rest my heel on. Talk about luxury...gel floor! LOL
