350Z for tall people
Hey, I'm new the the forum. Just wanted to say hi and how much I enjoy hangen out here. Everyone puts alot of good info up, thanks.
My question,
I want to get a Z. I'm 6'5" tall. Does anyone see this being a problem? I have not sat in one yet due to time problems but I will soon enough.
Is anyone as tall as me that has a Z here? If so how comfortable are you in it?
Thanks in advance.

I'm 6'1" (6'2" with hair styled
) and have plenty of room. The biggest issue will probably be with your legs hitting the steering wheel when using the brake (if anything).
You'll need to sit in a Z to be sure but you really shouldn't be worried. I'm amazed how much room it feels like there is.

Of course there's a lot of room; they didn't bother with the 2+2 configuration which would've been worthless. No offense to G35c owners!

6' 2" - no problems. Took alittle adjustment though as my last car was a Jeep Wrangler... AKA "posture mobile." You're laying low to the ground reclined. I typically rest my knee on the middle console - it's padded for that reason. If you have a wide back, seat might feel a bit tight, but you get used to it - it's all good!
I have the Ventilated mesh seats which I think give good back support - have taken the car on 2 hr trips - no back fatigue. So I can't complain about comfort. Have read some review where people complain about comfort levels on long trips - haven't experience that.
6'4" 200lbs and I'm at the limit.
I have 36" inseam (which will be your biggest problem). Headroom is good but my feet (depending on which shoes I wear) do get a little tight sometimes (size 12).
I'm honestly beginning to feel the car may be too tight for me but I can live with it for another year.

My inseam is only 32/34". I should be good. I'm 205lbs and where a size 14 shoe, lol. I am just going to have to sit in one, drive it, see if its feels good.
We will find out in a couple of days here.
Thanks for the info guys

I am 6'4" and I think it has plenty of room, at least for a sports car. The foot space is ok as long as I don't wear boots (size 13). I test drove/owned alot of sports cars and the Z is one of the most comfortable.
also 6'5" here - had sat in the Z with a leather interior when they first came out and said ' no good' BUT then re checked one more time ( prior to settling for the new stang) and fit fine with the cloth seats - a little tight head room wise with a helmet on but by the time your dodging corners and cones you forget that issue
i'd go to the z dealer and tell them you want a looonnggg test drive to ensure comfort,
go to several, & have fun!

I'm 6'2", 220 lbs, & 34' inseam.
After buying the Zzzz the first thing I was impressed with was how comfortable I felt driving the car. All the ergonomics were terrific. But on long drives, say over a couple hours, I would prefer a seat that allows you to change positions. The Z seat holds you pretty much in one position. When my 63 year old bones stay in one position to long they start to "freeze up" (
) and I need a break. Leg room is fine & does allow different positions.
