While leaving work this afternoon I saw a dark green M coupe (the one that looks like the Munster Mobile) with chrome plated OEM rims on it.
What would that be called...."Bratwurst"?!?

Com'on - Africans? Jezz man next thing we gonna hear is folks rollin' on spear spokes
Lotta black, white, ricans, asians, etc roll these types of rims now days. True enough, most big chrome are a black thang but hey... when it comes right down to it its a matter of personal taste. 20" chunkies are not my idea for a small sports car.... big truck? yes! SUV? YES! Lambo? NO! Porsche? HELL NO!

Whatever, whatever!! Those are plain ugly period.
Infact I have yet to see a set of rims that look better on the Z than the stock Rays, or even the Performance model 18's. I've seen some i like, but just not looking any better, some not any worse, than the stock wheels on the Z. I don't know why that is. I would rather put my money into bigger brakes like the StopTech 14"ers for my Touring than put my $$ into wheels right now.
That said I don't like the stock 17"ers on the Z.

If your going to put chrome heavy rims on a Z at least get good ones. Lowenhart, Bersaglio, Trafficstar not those ugly things. Sorry for the harshness. Just love the look to much to have cheesy rims on a Z.
