No, just the rim. I am not sure what they weight but my friend told me that his maxima 17" weigh almost 45lbs and that's why I assumed that the Z 18" should weigh about the same and maybe a little more.

It would be interesting to find out for sure though...

The Rays are light, but are they really 18 lbs? That is absurdly light for 18" wheels. Most "ultra light" 18" wheels on the market still weigh around 20 lbs. Take a look at the Volk TE series--I think the 17x7.5 ones are around 18 lbs. Wheels that weigh 15 lbs. are usually smaller racing wheels.
