Hit eject on the CD player, and if you don't take the CD out right away, it'll suck it right back in after about 10 seconds. Surprised me when I found that out, I looked back to the slot after fiddling around looking for another CD and I was like, "where the hell did my CD go??" lol

Nice. Will keep me from slicing my hand open, breaking the CD in the player or a combination of the two.

That's a pretty common feature on car CD players. It is annoying, though.

Most cd players will do that. Not only does my Z do it, but my aftermarket Eclipse unit and my factory unit in my Mustang. Why does it do this? You got me!

my dealer told me it helps prevent accidental damage to the CD and/or player in the event you accidentally hit the CD while shifting or something... sort of makes sense...

Here's another one: when your head unit is off, you can push the CD, FM, or AM button to turn it on instead of pushing the volume control ****.

Yeah, most cars do that now I think. Even though it annoys me, it has probably saved me from breaking a CD. My home DVD player and X Box do that too, only they give me about 5 minutes before closing.
