Stupid TPMS question
I haven't found the answer either in the owner manual or the Nissan technical documents. A search of the forum didn't help either.
So, wich value on the TPMS display shows the left wheel ? The right ?
Up or down ?
I kinda have a gut feeling the upper number is the left one. Is it ?

Nissan does not specify which is right or left to avoid liability. The way your dealer sets (or initializes) your TPS system after it rolls off the delivery trailer really determines right-to-left. The dealer is supposed to follow a Nissan procedure which if followed correctly, ends up with upper as left. However, if he sets the TPSs out of sequence from the service manual, if COULD be different. The best way to check YOUR car is to set a differrential pressure between your two tires (right to left) and monitor your display. Like overinflate your right tire 5 or 6 pounds and check display. When done, let extra air out!] Of course, if you had done this first, you would not be posting this message would you?
