I was doing a search on 350z recalls on google, and I found this article.
My driver's side window has the same problem rolling back down. I'm pissed that the dealer blamed me for breaking it myself!

my passengar side window rolls itself down to the half way point after i use the auto roll up, annoys the *** outta me, i have to roll it up and hold for it to stick. didnt know if its warranted or not
think theyll fix it for me?

 

Very common issue if you search this site, I bet someone has even posted the TSB#.
