pointfivezero, zbart, cheap, zbarrister
I saw you all there today.
Zbart had no shame in snapping pics, kept standing in front of people to get shots, some woman yelled at him to moveout of her way, I even got to speak to his wife for a sec as I was sliding into the drivers seat...but then some weasel told on me and the Nissan guy told me to get out. Zbart...where are your pics? I'm still trying to figure you why you took a pic, from sitting on your butt I might add, of the rear license plate area?
Jay, you have been proud of Cheap, he was envangelizing the site to a few people...make sure you pay him a commission.
And pointfivezero was taking pics left and right as well. Taking no prisoners.
Well at was good to see some fellow froum guys there...I didn't want to interrupt you in yout quest for all things 350z so I did not introduce myself.
Saw ZBarrister there too. Everyone seemed to have fun.
The highlight of the day was seeing all the classic cars..and when I saw classic, I mean very classic...some impressive cars from the 30's and 40's golden age of automobiles...very impressive.
I also took some pics of the older model Z's and Nissans...they made them sit outside while the new Z got to enjoy the AC inside.
If any of you want some pics of the older Z's lemme know I can post them...but that'snot why we are all here.
My overall impressions of the 350z...nothing new. The car has no power, they wouldn't let people sit in it, even though I did sneak a seat. And they wouldn't open the trunk. It was only the base model, so I couldn't check out the 18" rims, tires, touring leather seats, or Bose...blah!
At least it was a nice day.

Gonna agree with you on Cheap. That guy is awesome. He had a list of pics he wanted to take and a tape measure. He was taking pics and measurements, I took some pics for him as well. He also had a flashlight to get a better look at some of the detail.
Jmanz..the kid deserves major props..lol!
Here's a little something for you all!

I was taking a pic of the hatch release when I was down on the ground. The pics I took were all dark, as I was showing them to Cheap. It was really too dark in there to get decent pictures.
I don't know if Cheap had that flashlight all along. He sure was resourceful.
One of the techs was telling me that they are doing upgrades on the front passenger cup holder as well as the nav cover.
I pointed out to pointfivezero some sort of rubber moulding on the front edge of the hood.

Hey Exsilio, what that you they so rudely removed from the driver's seat with your fingernails attached to the dashboard like Steve Martin in Planes, Trains and Automobiles? I was standing right in front of the door. That guy's reaction was way out of line.
ZBarrister, nice interior pic. When I used the flash, the picture looked like the Los Alamos test blast.
You're right about Cheap on both counts, he's 9 1/2 years old and he had this monster check list. I thought maybe he was going to Albertson's after the show.

I took the same pic of the window sticker! Damn were twisted. I also took a pic of the label in the door frame but it came out really crappy. I think i need to upgrade to 4 megapixel camera..lol.
It was pretty silly, if you sat in the car you were committing a huge crime and they were getting bent out of shape for no reason. Let us sit in the damn car!! Attica, Attica, Attica!
A better interior shot for everyone.

Using a Kodak 2 megapixel camera, it's the DC280 but now it has another number. Very easy to use camera and takes a good pic but tend to be on the dark side. But will probably upgrade to a 4 megapixel, probably a Kodak but still deciding.

I had Fuji's top camera last year and when I was standing still, the camera was great but any movement meant blurry shots. Sony finally has their stuff together cmaera wise, their first few years they made total crap. I bought their best and it was a joke. Now though, they have some nice stuff with glass lenses. Nikon of course makes good stuff, but I would say Kodak and Olympus are far and away my favorites.
My wife and I bought my wife's Dad a Kodak digital camera with dock for downloading the pix for Christmas last year, he uses it tons. I used to own the dc286, then the dc290. Both great cameras... I can't speak highly enough of Kodak digital cameras.

Is cheap the early 20's / late teens young looking dude who was running around snapping mad pictures. I had a feeling it must have been some guy from one of the forums just because of the enthusiasm.. i swear that guy made at least 30 revolutions around the car snapping up pictures left and right.
I wanted to say hi to him but he seemed like he was 100% focused on taking photos.
