Dragging parking brake?

Sup,

I did a search on this one and did not find anything. I drove with parking brake applied for a couple of minutes, any side effects besides wear?

I did it. Another side effect was a really gross smell after dragging off some civic. I beat the civic though.

for a couple minutes only you should be ok. worst case you might have some rear brake pad problems or the parking brake might not engage quite as good as it is supposed to. ive done it before down my drive way, (ive got a bunch of auto cars and sometimes i forget what im driving)
