Default Seat airbag light, how can we trick the ECU if we remove the seat?

Well, I want to remove my seats for track days with no passenger seat and a racing driver's seat. How the hell do you trick the ECU or airbag sensor into thinking the seats/airbags are still there?? Must be some time of plug for the harness wouldn't you think??

probably just a voltage return to the ecu stating that the bag is "there"

you should look up the wiring harness tothe seat in the service manual.

there is no way to cheat the module listed in the service manual.

there is, however, a procedure to stop the air bag light from blinking, once you have plugged everything back in.

if you want steve, i can email you the instructions.
