I changed mine out in around 20 mins. - fairly easily, without having to take off the bumper cover. I did have to lay in a few odd positions, but overall it wasn't bad and the new ones look SO much better. The secret is an offset phillips screwdriver and a little patience. To put my body in the correct position meant I couldn't really see what I was doing, but it's just four screws so just 'feel' them. As with anything else being done beneath the car, you will need some clearance - I used my Pep Boy ramps ($30) and took off the bottom engine cover. This may not be totally necessary, but I took it off anyway. Once you get the screws to 'break', they should just screw out the rest of the way by hand. The driver's side was a little easier, as the passenger side has the windshield fluid resevoir right next to it - it was a little more challenging, but again, taking the bumper cover off seemed like much more work. Hope this helps.
