Headlight and Taillight Regulations
Are there any regualtions regarding headlight or taillight overlays? can i smoke em out with BAt's overlays and not worry about being pulled over?

Ask your local inforcement office. Each state varies on this. Then you don't have to worry. Tinting also varies from state to state. N.C. max is 35 %. That's what I have on my windows.
