Give 'Em the Ole Meet-N-Greet
I really have respect for everyone that drives the Z.
The most outstanding problem is "the wave" not enough owners "meet and greet" anymore because the market is saturated by unintelligible "looks nicers." I wave at any generation of Z that I come across and increasingly this goes without response
I have multiple occassions where I will tell a 40's something woman in a roadster "nice Z - (sarcastic clearly I myself am in a Z)" and I swear she has been unable to 'connect the dots that I am driving a Z just 'with a roof.'
I have a story that kinda irked me. A guy I know from a past job was at the dealer when I was getting my Titan he was making a Z purchase. My bro's Track Z (Silver - 8k miles - LOJack - Leather Touring seat mod) was at the dealer on consignment and he had the audasity to buy a new base for $700 cheaper than the used Track. After trying to convince him otherwise I gave up he was a "looks nicer" and wanted, 'the cheapest Z available.'

I wave when I see, but most dont. The crappy thing is is that whenever I see a Z that I would actually think will wave back im in my g/f's Cavalier, and chances are if I wave in that people will think im nuts.
As for "look nicers." I bought the Enthusiest model, I had no need for anything else. It's the best bang for the buck anywyas and im nowhere near rich, so that's what I got. Plus, it's the most striped version to where I can make the upgrades I want with stereo, breaks, ect..... As for the Track, im not going to track my car so I don't need one.
Back to the topic at hand, it's great to be friendly, and I understand some are not as friendly as I, but oh well.

Hehe maybe you have this wierd, excited, anticipation look on your face that scares people. ahaha j/k man. I usually make eye contact first then just give a lil wave. I never really talk out my window or try to draw attention. I was just kidding about my first sentence but you never know just trying to help. Good luck.
