Default Is this normal (LSD) ?

Hi,

I had the Z for over 2 years now, everytime it rains and I was a bit heavy on the gas (DSC/TSC off) there are "chunking" noises coming from the rear - slippling and trying to get traction. I had always assumed it was the limited slip differential (LSD) doing its job but I thought I check with you guys just to be sure there isn't anything wrong. Was my assumption correct ?
