I'm surprised not one story included parkinglot ramps... as in when you turn into a parking lot *or out of* from the street but the ramp is so extreme that your front bumper totally smashes into the upward/downward concrete just to friggen get into the parking lot. So after it happens to you I think you will always be taking those big slope changes very very slow and at an extreme angle to pop one tire up at a time. *Altho its hard at night sometimes to judge* I've seen so many low cars smash their front bumpers, sparks fly from the underside.. ect. There should be standards in slope design for parking lots so it would be illegal over a certain amount.

The Mike is right...i mean the Z scrapes easily....driving in dallas you can't even get a body kit for the Z it will get destroyed sooner or later.....Im sure alot of other sports cars scrape and they are over 60k, it just sucks that you can do nothing about it... thats why i think they should of put some hyrdraulic's on the 35th anniversay Z so you can push a button and wha lah! your car has 5 inch lift.....too bad they only put those in luxury cars

My car was 2 days old, I was going for lunch. My boss wanted me to pick him up a sandwich and a drink. I go to chic fillet and come out with two drinks in one of those to go carriers. I put the drinks in the floorboard. I backup, turn my wheels, pull forwrd and platt, both drinks fall over and one of the tops come off. I run back in grab a stack of napkins and sop it all up. I have vowed not to pick up any more to go orders

i must say that sucks but would have been funny as hell to see. things like that make you wonder if it was just a simple brain fart or ya need to wear a helmet in public, hahahha. i did that in my vette once. started the car after doing some work forgetting i left it in drive, well i did it with my feet outside the car and the thing shot forward mashing my ex girlfriends garage cabinets then hitting her brand new bike bending a wheel and crunching the front corner of the hood!! i was getting the car ready for a promotional event the next day. f#&*@^ck hit the auto paint store and got fiberglassing repair stuff and had it fixed in 6 hours, lol.

Pulled in a parking spot with a curb parallel to my passenger-side. When I left I backed out to the LEFT and pulled forward to my RIGHT. So here's this 3-4 in high 5 in wide curb in the middle of a parking lot and at some point I think when my front wheels went over it I heard a somewhere on the bottom hit (wasn't stuck or anything). Figure/hope it was the frame not the cats. I'll take a pic to show you the most ridiculous curb placement ever.

Default I Smashed my Z

Had the z for only 2 months. I was coming home around 3 am, in a light I launched and a really old Acura wanted to race, so I hit the gas all the way down and left him behind. Then there was a curve and I saw a light in red ahead. I was in 3rd gear and going about 60 mph I let off the gas and just completely lost control of the car. Hit the Acura and smashed into the wall...Still can't believe it really happened

I was driving up the NYS Thruway, about 130 when I realized the was a truck retread tire in the road. I swerved over, and the car went into a spin. I did six 360 degree spins at 130 mph, the nose of the car caught on a curb. Then, I flipped up about 60 feet into the air going backwards, , flipping over and over at about 130 mph, until the car righted itself, and landed on the back of a tractor trailer full of mattresses. When the driver heard the noise, he let me back out of the truck. No scratches at all.

No scratches at all to who? Your car must have been totaled right?

Oh dude, I can remember it as if it were yesterday. As we were flying backward at 60 feet in the air flipping over & over my wife screamed " I DONT WANNA DIE!!! I DONT WANNA DIE!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGH!! Then I consoled her, and told her if we were to die that we'd meet in the afterlife...

Then we landed, as I said before on a truckload of mattresses, and neither us, nor the Z were hurt.

wasn;t really my fault, but ended up following a bit too close to a SUV on the highway. i eased up a bit to give some distance and the rock that was stuck in his tire decided to become dislodged at that particular moment. going 70 mph is no time to try to swerve so i just gritted the teeth while i watched it leave a nasty chip in my windshield. damn thing looked like a boulder being thrown at the car.
