My second day having the car I was entering I-5 on a two lane uphill ramp. There was a 2005 Mustang in front of me and I was in 2nd gear and red lined it to pass him. Went to shift to 3rd and hit 5th and got smoked.

Your story does not make sense.

I pulled out of a El Pollo Loco driveway with a bank next door. I thought it shared the same driveway but no it had a one foot square curb seperating the two. My passenger went PLOP and scrape and then follow by the rear. No damage luckily. I guess Stuart Little parks there.

While I was putting my car away for the winter, I misjudged the wheel flare in the front and managed to scrape the side of the fender, bumper and a small section of rim on a concrete pilar in the parking garage.

On my 03 coupe, I was trying to get my old oil filter off, and was tightening instead of loosening. Took me 2 hours to get it off and in the process, chipped a few teeth on the piece the filter screws into.

Also broke this while installing my pop charger on my 03.

Thankfully, nothing yet on my 05,

After cranking the car for the first time I turned on the BOSE radio.
What a mistake.

Sorry to go OT but I can not find a good answer when searching.

What does a grounding kit do?
I am familiar with heavy duty grounds and caps for high powered stereos/speakers but the many reference's in folks's signatures makes me think it has something to do with auto performance.

Thanks

After picking up two chicks one evening my friend and I leave to go downtown. me in my 03 z and my friend in a 02 mustang gt. we come to a stoplight and and both take off at full bore and 1/4 mile after the light there is a onramp to the highway we both needed to go on. im in the left lane and mustang in the right. I pull ahead just soon enough to pull into the right lane and crank the wheel hard right at like 95mph and this onramp is a 90 degree turn. needless to say i slide into the curb and hit both my rims. very embarassing since i just picked up this chick that i didn't even know. It wasn't too long after buying the car so I didn't know the handling capabilities of the car, i thought i was going to flip it!!

Well now that it just happened, i can add to the list.

Drive in bad rain storm, that ended up driving through a 6-7" puddle which led to my cai sucking up water.

Here's a parking lot story for you all..categorized as "the worse day in my life!"

Well, I work as a chef at a hospital, so I'm around all things hot. One day, I decided to bake a cake out of the kindness of my heart for the nurses on the third floor. So I went to retrieve this cake from the oven...one thing about this oven..the doors LOOOVE swinging, and I was rushing and didn't realize this. As I pulled the cake out, the right hand door swung over and burned a line into my elbow. It blistered about 15 mins later. So needless to say...I was PISSED

I get into my car, my month old black enthusiast. It's in reverse, so I get it out and put it into first. Upon turning and shifting into second, my blistered elbow hits the incredibly hot black center console, the blister bursts, and I scream a scream that came out of Hollywood! My shock reaction ended up curbing it a bit, and now I have to get my passenger side sideskirt worked on. Quoted at 269, so its not that bad I guess.

Oi...
