FYI - At our dealership... The parts department and Service department are different from eachother... Parts doesnt get anything from the service departments labor...
To do the Smoked Side Markers the tech's prefer to "remove" the front bumper (atleast half of it) to make it easier for them to install... This is why they usually want 1.5 hours (standard dealership rate of $95 (our customers get charged $77 per hour))...
There are some installs we are starting to do now... So PM Tony , Andy or Myself for special installation pricing on certain parts...
Do the nissan dealers usually put on aftermarket pads like if I supplied some Hawks? If not where/who do you guys get to put on the aftermarket pads?
Oh yea, where do I get the Hawk pads from?

I gotta hear more about this power steering fluid. What were they planning on doing for the $175??? That is the only thing that seems messed up about what you listed. I guarantee the maintenance book does not call for a power steering fluid flush at 15,000 miles.

Tell the dealer you'll supply the brakes and they can just charge you for the labor. at 16k you should only require front brakes. Have them give a quote before you get the pads and make sure that quote includes turning your rotors. And go with the Hawk pad, they are far superior to the stock with less noise and less dust.
For the power steering oil issue, find out excatly what they want to do. If its just a power steering flush tell them to go **** themselves and rip someone else off but if it is something else it should be covered by the warranty (i don't think anything should be done to the power steering when the car is this new unless its a defect)
Air filter, get the K&N from Pepboys or whatever and install it yourself its like a 30 second job and you get a bit more response from the throttle.
my $.02

The Nissan Dealer will always go out of their way to OVERCHARGE you with a SMILE
I've ALWAYS avoided car dealers for maintenance, unless it was warranty work via TSB.
A good mechanic can fix your brakes...Buy them yourself and bring them to him to install. As far as the Power Steering Fluid and Air Filter, all Nissan will do is add it in call it "Genuine Nissan fluid and filter...blah blah blah" and again rob you blind....Go to a good Auto Parts Store and replace both yourself for a fraction of the what the dealer charges.
>> I remember waaay back when I owned a Fiero, I was getting warranty work done at the dealer....This young girl with a Firebird was literally crying her eyes out when she saw the repair bill AFTER they did the work! YAY! American Cars!! LOL

do you even have a problem with your steering? if your steering is acting fine, I doubt anything needs to be done to it. Just learn to check your fluid levels. there are dipsticks for all of these things. I've been to a nissan dealership that wanted to charge me 500 bux to replace a battery terminal that was literally less than a week old. they're just trying to get your money. brakes are easy to do as well provided you have a jack and some stands. checking your own PS fluid and air filter will take a completely inexperienced mechanic maybe 20 minutes to do if they're like... a parapalegic. its really no harder than checking your own oil, which I assume everyone on this board would know how to do. The brakes may take 45 min- 1 hour if you have no clue what you're doing.
