There seems to be a HUGE number of cars for sale in Texas!? Is it true what I have heard about Texas cars...I have always heard from people that the standards for a "clear title" is different and much easier to get there than in other states. Example, if the car has been flooded or something else wrong with it.

Any truth to this to you guys in Texas?

seems right around fair to me. Invoice on that was like $31,8? Right? And, personally, regardless of miles, I knock off $3K just for being used. So I'd be looking to pay $29,8 anyway. PLUS, black on black is undesirable in the southern states, explaining why he's gotta list it on Ebay, IMHO.

its actually the opposite. They hve very strict title regulations in texas. Its easy to get a kit car title in texas and keep it that way but as far as a straight clean title its good.
