Default SoCal Dealership advice please.

Hello.
Plan to get an Enthusiast Z in the SoCal area. Tips? Certain dealership recommendations? Not looking for any used Z's. Reasonable OTD prices some of you may have/had?

Hey Demon,

I got a Grand Touring roadster last month at Raceway Nissan for $39,400. Sticker was $42,200. Their service thus far has been very good. There were minor scratches on the face plate of the radio which they want to replace. Some minor scratches on a wheel they're going to replace, etc. A few other minor things that are being taken care of.

Good luck with your Z!

Do yourself a favor and check out www.carbuyingtips.com and www.fightingchance.com

These are both excellent resources for purchasing vehicles.

http://costcoauto.com/

All you need to know. For more info search the forums.

I ultimately bought mine at Santa Monica Nissan, Mitch is a good guy over there.

But with costco auto program, it doesn't matter what dealership you buy at, it's going to be the same price.

Got mine at Corona Nissan, Rob Lawicki, director of Fleet, didn't do the Sales BS on me (I didn't tons of research as well so I wouldn't get BS'd). That dealership has won Customer First Award of Excellence many years in a row. Follow up was good. They even sent a ballon with a jar of jelly bellies.... Selection was good as well. Give them a try.

Before I can get price quotes, I have to list my current car for sale(328iS). Hoping to get 9k off of that, put a 6k downpay on a new Z and pay monthly. Doing my research before hand.. But I was originally going for a base Z, because the cheaper the better in my case. With that being said, im looking to pay no more than 28k OTD, is that reasonable? Impossible?

QUOTED FOR EMPHASIS.

I paid $500 over invoice + tax title and registration or whatever. Some people will tell you you can get it for invoice. Good luck to you if you want to try.

I think ~29k OTD is reasonable. 28k OTD in California, no way. California has too much tax and too many fees.

If you are looking for a new one...

give me a PM with your full name and phone number, and I will have our fleet manager give you a call... Let me know exactly what you are looking for and we will get it for you...

We have over 30 new Z's on the lot...

I got a great deal from Power Nissan of Irvine. If you're interested pm me and I'll give you his contact info. They beat San Diego's best price by $2,300. Good luck.

Talk to Ken or Dave, the Fleet guys at Performance Nissan. DO NOT talk to a salesman. I got my 05 Enthusiast for $500 over invoice back in October when they were still rare. I'd expect they'd give it to you for even less now.
