Yeah, that's exactly what mine does. When I'm backing out of a parking spot or pulling into one and turning while moving at low speeds it makes a clunk clunk noise as I turn the wheel. I've taken it in once and they said they couldn't replicate it and it doesn't do it all the time but pretty frequently.

It sounds like to fix it they just need to tighten up some bolts.

As far as the gears, mine got worse over the last 6 months. Mine was 3rd gear so I noticed it more than if it was 5th. At first it did it so rare that the dealership said they couldn't get it to grind. Now it does it every 3rd gear shift above 4k rpm. What might make you feel better is that the tranny is covered up to 60k miles.
Yeah, my 5th gear is really faint and I just wonder if it's worth it to go ahead and take it in and get a tranny replacement (if they would replace it) or just leave it alone since it's not a big problem. Because sometimes things get worse when you start replacing things. Thanks for the TSB, I printed it and I'll take it in with me when I go to the dealership next time. Thanks again!

Hey your tranny is covered under the 5 year /60000 deal right? I keep forgetting that our Powertrain warranty isn't the 3/36k thing.

Yes. Engine / Transmission is covered in the 5yr/60k miles warranty. Just make sure you don't change to any other transmission oil, or else they could void your warranty. Mine came real close to being void..

(I tried Redline, Royal Purple before putting Nissan Oil back in around 35k miles)
