Nissan Found a freakin 3" nail in the rear tire :(

They Found a 3 inch nail inside the thread of my rear tire. They said they plugged it, i skhould be fine right?

You're fine. I also had a nail in a rear tire plugged/patched about 2 months ago. No problems.

i just read about the new technology they use now for plugging. It's supposed to be 10x's better then patching.

Where did you read that? Any plug that doesn't involve removing the tire is definitely not better than the standard plug/patch that good tire shops use. I did tons of those during my days at the Wal-Mart TLE, and I never ever saw a plug/patch job we did come back while we did have to fix many a shops poor plug jobs.
