have any of you bought the Nismo decals (like ones off ebay) ???
what was the quality like?
what do people think of them in general?

I got the authentic nismo decals. They're awesome. I never trust stuff like that from ebay, the quality never seems to be that good.

 

Dealer did mine. nismo cai, catbacks, exhaust tips, rims, even shift ****. Heh, perhaps a lil overboard.. But since forever now I've been waiting on the rumor that nismo will come out with twins for the 350z but I havn't heard anything real in forever on that. Oh the lil front bumper part is just some carbon fiber extra thing they had at the dealer too.. expensive m*f* tho for such a small piece.

 

clean ride, wish that decal kit didnt look like puke on an ultra yellow.....

 

Not really my thing...They remind me of old video game graphics. The blocky atari type where on the box they'd fade a picture or line to a broken group of pixel boxes...

Although I did love the atari back in the day....

How much did they charge you for the CAI, cats, and exhuast for parts/labor?

Also how much was the "carbon fiber extra thing"?

Love your yellow Z. Ground effects kit is a very nice touch.

 

It was actually a show car that the dearlships in houston were competing eachother to see who could do the best job. I traded my 03 which was problematic in for this 04. It was tom peacock dealership's entry and won I'm not sure how much each piece is seperately with labor. I do know the carbon fiber piece you see in the front was about $185 bucks though.. I couldn't believe it. I know b/c insurance replaced it for me once along with the bumper. On the inside there are custom seats which are black/white as well as nismo covers on the seatbelts to protect you in case of an accident and actually look good I think. Nismo floormats, ect ect, lol... I think that's it. Oh the speaker setup is the clarion instead of the bose.... so no sub but hell i had the bose in the 03 and the clarion sounds soooo much better even without the sub.

 

Rolling-Checkout ZBoater's (member here) photos of nismo graphics before you buy anything of less than nismo quality. His REAL nismo graphics look beautiful on the SB ZR.

 

i have the nismo decals from perf. nissan - not the cheaper stuff... it looks great on the SB z.. i wouldnt go for the imitationz

 

Do you guys think the Nismo graphics will look ok on my CS? Only think is that i dont have the Nismo body kit. I will be having the carbon creations vader carbon fiber lip and the oem carbon fiber spoiler. I do have black JDM Nismo rims. I am going to show the car off at Hot Import Nights so i was thinking that the Nismo graphics might look ok. Please let me know. thanks

How hard is it to install the nismo graphics? I Should have mine sometime this week. Any tips for the install? Thanks

 

They are not that hard to install. Just make sure the paint is CLEAN and wax free. Make sure to have your spray bottle handy and keep things wet. A second person comes in VERY helpfull. Other than that, take your time.
