Default common problem?

I was looking at the back of my 350z and noticed that the exhaust tips were not even. The tip on the left was sitting much lower than the tip on the right...like it was bent or something, but the car is brand new and i've never hit anything...I was just wondering if this was a common problem or if I should take it to the dealer and have them fix it, if they would. Thanks.

Take it to the dealer, something is either bent or some of the supports are loose or not attached correctly.

Check the hangers under the car that hold on the muffler. There is one on each side.

I dont think any exhaust system will really have any tighter tolerances than what we have. Exhausts are suspended pipes, so there is little likelihood that its gravity/weight balanced to sit perfectly. If it were all bolted to the body/chassis, that would be a different situation. IMHO

One of my tips is off, it's not enough for me to bother with though.
