well the problem isn't so much cops as it is the laws that pass

yeah some cops are just flat out ******

some are cool guys though just doing their job

those guys have seen a lot of bad stuff though and it's easy to become hardened and learn to treat each person like a criminal before determining if they actually are or not.

Anyway, there's a lot of cops out there that don't know the law as well as they should. They're the people that just barely pass the tests etc. They're the ones that suck. People with Nismo exhausts can try to explain to them their exhaust is street legal. A local dealership even sells some cars with the nismo exhaust already on.

Just using nismo as an example cause it for sure is legal. But it's such a pain to prove it is in court.

I think CA probably does have a lot of street racing. But they should do go about it in a different way than pulling just anyone over with aftermarket parts
