Gotta love Chipers
Got tagged last night for doing 80+ in a 65, I was just getting on and off freeway to get home a little quicker, I mean i did get up there a little fast, and for some weird reason i decided to hold on to it about 1/2 second longer that I usually do to get around this guy, and bam, got pulled over as i was getting off(freeway), at least i havent had a ticket in 3+ years, and didnt get hit for doing 95 like I was

I just got my first ticket ever this morning. Was doing 77 in a 55 but it was a country type highway with almost no traffic and it was 8 in the morning. He stationary laser'ed me and pegged me. The cop was nice though and lowered it to 65 in a 55 so it's only $116.50 but that still a lot of money for nothing.

I've never had any problems with da Police. Might just be contigent on where one lives. My Z is tinted illegally and I've never had an issue. Just seems like some people have so many issues with the cops. No problems on my end.

Got pulled over a while back driving through Texas on the interstate by a state trooper. I must have got lucky because I think he was the coolest cop ever. He clocked me at 92mph in a 70mph. Came to the window and asked for my papers, looked at it for a second then said, nice car. How fast have you got it up to? I was like, is this a trick question, he laughed, and said no really. I told him 147mph, but on a race course of course, he laughed again and goes, uhhh, huhh. Then he goes whats the fastest it will do? I told him about 159mph. He just said nice, ok, here is a warning and please try to slow down to around 70mph on our interstates here in Texas. Lucky huh. BEN

Got ding'd the other day by an a.s.shole cop. I was doing the speed of all the other cars around me but he followed me and as soon as I turned to another street, he put on his sirens and lights.
He told me he pulled me over because I had a "obstruction" on my license plate. The obstruction was a clear non-coloured plastic cover that went with the license plate frame that I got.
He tapped his finger on the top of my roof and asked me if I was in highschool, meaning was I playing with my dad's toy. I told him I was 31 and I will take the clear "obstruction" off.
He asked me for my license and registration. I forgot that I left my registration in my other car and told him it was at home. He then walked to his cruiser and came back with a ticket. He said: "Normally I would give people a warning but here." and he handed me a $110 ticket for withholding the vihicle's registration.
After that, I really have no love for cops.

Oh yeah, when I was about 18 and a cocky little *****, I got pulled over in my modded maxima. I was haulling some major azz when my radar detector went off, I brakes real hard but, zap, he got me still. He was a cocky cop also, so this is where I mouthed off a little. He said I got you at 88mph in a 65. I said alright. He then looked and pointed to my radar dectector, and with a snicker, goes, looks like your little toy didnt help you did it? I answered back with my own little laugh, hell yeah it did, i was going way faster than what you clocked me at. He just walked off and then came back to give me my ticket. hahah BEN

sucks that you got a ticket.
i havent had a bad experience with a cop yet, even if they weren't friendly or likeable, none have ever been rude. and i've ran into some nice people who are just doing their job. sure there might be some cops out there just to bully or get back at being bullied and are on some power trip, but i've found the vast majority are just people, sometimes you run into a person having a good day and sometimes they're having a bad day.
nicest cop i've met yet, i actaully didnt meet, i was hauling a** west on 64, it just turned dark, no other cars around, i'm over the limit by 20ish, and then i saw light reflecting off of him, ****!... he just flashed his headlights at me, i slowed to the speed limit by the time i got to him... he didnt budge. a "flash" warning.

kt350z--i suggest you think about how disrespectful your suggestion is to those of us who actually did serve in combat. if you haven't earned the right to say you've served, then LYING for the purpose of avoiding a traffic ticket diminishes you and the veterans you suggest impersonating. IMO, that really sucks.
