C6's are nice if you're into that huge boat feel.

The Z feels more sporty and fun

The C6 will end up being faster. But there's going to be a faster car. A stock Z is already fast enough, a Turbo Z is more than enough to satisfy me as a streetcar.
Wait and sleep on this one for many nights until you are 100% sure.

Default Hmmm...

Tough choice. I like both cars, but Vette's have always been my dream car. I think I'd choose the C06 over a turbo Z...but it would be a tough choice and I'm not at all sure that I wouldn't end up regretting my decision.

Well not turbo, but I had a supercharged 350Z, and now have a C6. The C6 is lightyears ahead of the Z, plus quicker than the stage 3 stillen right out of the box (12.5 in the 1/4 vs. 12.8 on slicks with the Z). Once you start with FI you are leaving yourself open for lots of little headaches along the way. With the vette, when you add an intake, headers, exhaust, they actually make a difference! Guys are up around 400rwhp with just those simple bolt-ons and a retune.

The C6, to me at least, is more comfortable than the Z and is a very easy to live with daily driver. Heck, my wife even loves driving it. Plus, as great as the 350Z community is, the vette community seems to be even tighter.

Don't get me wrong, I still love the Z, but this C6 is awesome.

As for first year problems, with the Z I had the engine and transmission replaced, tire feathering and seat fabric wear. How can the vette be any worse?

the vette is the better deal.

Somedays I really wished I liked vettes enough to want to buy one more than the Z or other cars. But I just don't like them as much. I mean I do, but when you actually go to drive one, there's just so many things about them I don't like that ends up leaving me not liking them so much. I don't like all the "high tech" computerized gadgetery on cars - I like more stripped down raw cars and the C6 is faaaaar from that. The Z is almost annoying with some of the stuff it does, but at least most of it is fixable.

So if you like vettes, just get a vette. Leave the FI Z's to the people who are flat out nuts about Z's

I have to say definitely go with the TT Z. Not that a C6 wouldn't be nice....but still a TT Z will be a lot more exotic in my opinion. As well, yeah there are always problems here and there that you will encounter modding a vehicle, but going ahead and having $20000-$25000 price difference between the Z and the Vette....you have a lot to work with. I mean Im sure you'll be able to do everything that you'd want to the Z with the amount of money that you would have versus a stock C6. As well, I don't know how others with C6s are going, but my friend has one and has had problem after problem with it. I mean, he has been thinking about getting rid of it because he has had so many problems with it. So it really all depends on your choice but all honesty your car will be ALOT more exotic after all the mods you can do versus a stock C6.
