Do you guys drive around with no spare tire?

I have a roadster and I removed the spare tire.
I need it for space, about doubled my trunk capacity and I'm not going to use the spare anyways. It's half the width of my aftermarket rear, I don't feel comfortable driving with that especially in bad weather.

No spare, 5 tire plugs, 4 bald tires and 1 new nail I found today.
It is starting to become scary driving. Getting new tires this week. It was either headers or tires so the tires got delyed just a little bit!

Simple fix to not having a spare. carry around a plug kit you can get one for about five bucks with several plugs. get the one with the pistol grip you can get a better grip. i also carry a small air compressor to plug into the lighter. i have been driving for almost twenty years and that is all i need. the majority of flats are from something you ran over. so just plug it and go. who needs a spare!!! you can fix the tire without taking it off the car and roll out. this has saved me alot of times especially when i worked for my dads construction co. and we would constantly get flats at the jobsites. hopefully some of you will do this and it will save you from sitting along side the road.

I doubt it! How much does it weigh? 15-20lbs?

its actually induced more oversteer for me!
i usually remove it for the drag strip. but on a recent autoX i didnt put it back in and i also had about 20 miles to empty . i mean i was bone dry.
all i know is i oversteered badly! i mean i could notice a big difference
thats just me though. i went home and put the spare back in
what do you guys think?
