Yes it is! I called in about 6 weeks after faxing all the info in for the first time, only to get "We did not receive anything from you. Can you refax the information to me." I sent it the 2nd time and waited a couple of weeks and they still said they did not receive anything. I faxed everything over twice and got confirmation codes from the fax machine showing that it did, in fact, go through fine.

I give up! I no longer own the Z anyway. I just hoped I could say goodbye to nissan and at least have a tiny bit of faith left in them...I was wrong

Complete the reimbursement package from Nissan. Mail copies of invoices and credit card statements. Include photos of original tires if possible. Save original documents(Nissan will “misplace” anything you send them).
