Default balancing tires...

when do you balance your tires?

I made 6k miles on my new wheels and I guess it is time to balance them.

The rims usually need to be balanced everytime you get a new pair of tires

I have been told that one should balance tires every 6k miles. On our cars we can not rotate them in a regular way... so basically we remove the tires/rims and remoun them => but this will occur about every 15k miles (once you see that the inside of the tire is worn out).

So I guess we should just balnce the tires without rotating them... if there is no necessity for rotation yet.

As long as you aren't feeling any kind of vibrations I would skip the balancing for awhile. It is more of a ploy to get money out of people doing rotations when they toss on the balancing fees.
