I love my Z, everything about it ( except the minor problems ,tire alignment, rattle, and some minor problems...etc ) but every year nissan is making many changes to it, to a point that i REALLY envy people who buy the 06z , but i don't think it would worth it to trade in mine 03 for the 06
anywayz, don't know what you guys think, but I HATE NISSAN!!!
i hope they have some kind of upgrade program to upgrade your interior.

I know how you feel. I purchased my 05 a few months ago, not knowing the upgrades in the 06. But to be honest I don't think I could of waited that long. In anycase just having a Z is a previlage.

Babadudu:
At least you will know that you own the Z that the creators/designers made to be the "original" Z33 design, inside and out.
You should be happy with your car. The upgrades are negligible (yes, even the engine).

I don't see why people make a big deal about the rims. Personally i always change my rims to aftermarket on any of my cars, but even if you don't, you can buy the upgraded rims from the dealer or find a nice set of used ones.

Yeah i have 04 touring 5AT. When I got my car just fell in love with it. Everywhere I went, I was turning heads and flying by all the cars on the road. Now when the 05 35th anniv. edition came out I was thinking maybe I should of waited. But as someone said earlier, I would rather have more torque in my car than hp. But if you mod your car then it doesn't really matter which engine you pick. There are somethings you can't do in the 300hp engine that you can do in yours (like cams) and vice versa. By the way if you aren't happy with your interior, then change it. Go aftermarket and know your interior is one of a kind that no 06 owner will ever have. Nissan kept the interior for one reason... the Z is a sports car pure and simple. If you want a nice interior then get yourself a g35 or a bimmer. Plus the touring has leather, NAV, and Bose so thats good enough for me.
