..any idea when I'd reasonable expect a Vin number or..I hav'nt bugged the dealership at all since then but times ticking and wondering if I should start bugging.
I prob should'nt expect a car till what...April or may now?

 

It depends on when they actually ordered the car for you. Nissan takes orders the first week of each month. I put down a deposit on Sept. 13th, but they couldn't place the order until October 13. I got the VIN a couple of weeks ago and they say it's due around Dec. 28.

You dealer would have only had so many that he could order each month, based on their allotment. You may have placed a deposit in October, but you need to find out exactly when your order went to Nissan. Then you could add, maybe, 3 months as a starter. Of course, your dealer would have more realistic expectations (I would hope!).
