If the 350Z did not exist, which car would you have bought instead?
Personally when I left the UK I had to get rid of my Impreza P1; tried the Evo's but they're a nightmare to drive in traffic (IMO) - that was a sorted car.
Since I've been in Australia I've had a Holden SV6000. Bug, heavy but *&^% me does it move!!
I'm about to trade the big 6L beast in for the Z but unsure as to the Touring/Track choice.... Leaning towards Track though.

Thought about the Evo, but Mitsu's "warranty" issues scared me away.
Mazda's "overstating" of the RX-8's power (although I love the sound of a rotary at high RPMs) and other potential problems of a rotary made me think twice.
Ford's decision to put narrow wheels on the new Mustang would have kept me waiting until 2006.
Something about the S2000 just didn't "turn my crank."
Couldn't really afford a Corvette.
Couldn't justify a GTO.
Didn't like the looks of the STi.
I'd probably still have the SpecV.

Probably a MazdaSpeed (Turbo version) Miata ...opps, they just call it "MX-5" now or maybe S2000 (although I would have paid MORE and got LESS), used 300ZX or MR2 Turbo (tough as HELL to find..but mid-engine cars truly rock!)
