Default Where Any Of Ur Mods A Waste? Or Do U Regret Any Mods? Which Was Ur Fav?

my last car i spent over $20,000 on bodykit, rims, springs, 3 tvs, system, ps2, neons, converting it to stick, performance parts, ect..... all in $10,000 focus hatchback. And when i came to sell it, all the stuff i put into it didnt pay off in the long run. I am less car crazy now with my Z, maybe bc of lack of money, but i was wondering if there were any mods u regret doing bc it was a waste of money or u dont use it? and what was ur best and favorite mods that was worth the money?

Bought a brand spaking new base (26k) with the intent of sticking $5500 into it! Couldn't be happier with the results! Stereo upgrade was definitely worth it! Rims were my favorite mod, every spring it's like getting a new car!

Having a car that gets guys with 2-3x more expensive cars all giddy and wanting to race, priceless.

+1. What is this, Hooked on Phonics?

..... all in $10,000 focus hatchback.
It's not that you mod, it's what you mod. This time around, try to show a little restraint.

Best spent $750 is a helmet and driving at Summit Point, WV. (Does that count as a “mod.”)

LOL. You've been busted by the grammar police. I figure that if members are going to take the time to read my posts, the least that I can do is spell out “u” as “you.” The addition 2 keystrokes strokes show respect for other forum members.

Davidv, what track did you run on? I may be going there in a couple of weeks. I am stoked about it. First time at the track.

Hi,

I see your sig and you are running lean? Is it because your intake is breathing too well? What's the cause? Did you find out?

I’ve been several times. The last time was the new Shenandoah circuit. Not as fast as the old Jefferson circuit, but technical and challenging. You have series of linked turns with decreasing radius: pretty tough to master. The Karousal above is so cool.

Best performance mod---->all of my mods came together perfect with the Technosquare ecu.

Best visual mod---->Gloss black LE37's with 285's out back-looks soooo mean when coming up on me. I have stock track rims on now, and the 245's look like godd@mn spares out back
