Anyone ever notice a slight power loss at 4500 RPM in 5th gear ? Especially when you downshift from 6th to 5th and romp on it it feels like there is a loss of power around that range .
However when I am in 6th and step on it at about 4 K it does not feel like that.
I had an 03 before and it did not do that
I am concerned
What do I tell the dealer "hey when I am doing 85 and downshift into 5th there feels like there is a power loss, can you guys try to duplicate it"

yes, I noticed when I first bought my Z that there was a flat spot in the powerband around 4500 RPM......after I installed my PopCharger and catback exhaust that flat spot is completely gone and she pulls hard all the way to the redline. They were worth every cent!
