Good Weight loss without ripping you car apart:

Lightweight battery 11-13Lbs Stock ~40-45? ~30lbs
Lightweight Rims 80-90(4) Stock ~110-120? ~25lbs
Lightweight exhaust ~15lbs

Easy Total: ~70lbs

I weigh 142 lbs. I always wonder how much weight advantage/disadvantage I have over other drivers in comparable vehicles.
I weighed 205 when I bought the Z last year, now I'm 182 and still losing. That's 23 pounds!!! My goal is around 160 (I'm 5'9"). The Z is great motivation to lose the pounds!

Whenever you do an upgrade, keep weight in mind. The Nismo exhaust is like 9 lbs lighter than stock. Also I think the Nismo LMGT4 rims are the lightest 18" rims you can buy that still look cool.
