How long do you plan on keeping your Z..... SERIOUSLY

There is nothing sexier than a real old convertible.

I plan on keeping it and driving it until it stops running and then probably doing an engine swap and continuing to drive it,
. This car's styling is timeless so it's going to be a car that down the road will still look gorgeous and get looks.

yep yep same here...Ive got an 03 vin#189 so mines 3 years old now and i plan on keeping it as long as its still running. hopefully in 5 years ill have the means to keep both the Z and a nice daily driver, so my currently unmodded Z can my sunday driver/project car.
My last joy was a Triumph TR-6 ('73). Wife made me sell it--needed more practical transportation and besides it was nearly impossible to find leaded premium any more. That was 27 years ago. Saw my '03 chrome silver touring 350Z one fine summer day during driver training (I'm an instructor) , parked in a drive, for sale. Pulled over, checked it out, and the rest is history. I love it. Most of my students ask how I can afford to drive a Ferrari (that's what they think the 350 is) as do many of the neighbors. I think it will be a classic and plan to keep it FOREVER. Where could you ever get this kind of car for this kind of money, I ask you. And, to top it off, my wife approved and, at 4 foot 11, this is the fist sport car that she can see out the window and reach the pedals at the same time (and yes, she has tried a number of other sport cars). Simply icing on the cake.
[QUOTE=Paul350Z]My car is 8 months old and has 1500 miles on it so far.I don't drive it in the rain we don't get.I won't park it in a lot full of fools./QUOTE]
Ditto that Master Chief. Have a 2003, number 93 off the assembly line. Have almost 12,000 on it so far.
Also retired MCPO here.

The 350Z owner will keep his car for about 9 years.
