My Zzzzzzzzz arrived yesterday. Here is my 2 cents worth of first impressions:

Looks: Best lines since Victoria Principal.

Tranny: Shifts easily & quickly; very short throw. I saw some negative posts on the tranny but I think its great.

Stero: Mine is the generic (non-bose) version but it works/sounds just fine. Though I do have to throw in the disclaimer I hit the really big 6.0 this year and years of listening to music at launch volumn has dampened the ears abit.

Handling: Very precise.

Comfort: I'm 6'2" & 220 lbs. Car is very comfortable for me. No feeling of being cramped, lots of leg room, & steering wheel feel is fine.

Power: Can't really tell till I get past 1200 miles but she ain't slow!

 

I'm sure Bonz will be glad to see another Brick on this board.


Wait till you hit 1200...

Over 4000 rpm, or with the pedal to the metal, it's a totally different animal.

 

At 650 Miles and counting down to 1200.....can't wait to be able to take it all the way up to redline. :-\

Just picked mine up last night. After all the complaints on this board I was getting a little worried I wouldn't like the car when it came in. All I have to say is: Are you all looking at the same car I am?

Great lines, don't see anything wrong with the paint (nor have I seen any issues on any of the Zs I've seen), normal stereo sounds decent--solid lows but highs could be cleaner. I'm not in a hurry to change it out.

The handling on this car is really great. Everything about it is tight. Tight ride, tight steering, tight clutch. Very solid. Seats are awesome.

This car just feels like it wants to run and I feel bad having to hold it back.
