I have about 1200 to spend now and dont know what to buy. I would like having more power but want better handeling too (autoX)
My current mods are, Crank pulley, Injen CAI, Kinetix V4 plenum, Borla TD, and test pipes.
The mods im in a dalema on that i could get a either a Reflash, LW flywheel, Final Drive, Hotchkis suspension kit and 25mm spacers, or meganracing coilovers.
so please help me out what would you guys do?

If you do autoX, might want to get the Hotchkis to get rid some of the understeer.

Since you're in Florida, you might want to save the money as emergency hurricane funds...Seriously!

Have not done much with the Z in autoX yet. But in general, HP does not gain you much in autoX. Best bang for the $ is tires, then suspension. Also, if you use road race coilovers, it may make your car too stiff for autoX, you may be actually slower. Talk to the fast guys at the club for best options.

Do not get ECU reflash.
I've lost 5hp and 10ft lb of torque respectively after Technosquare reflash.
I had them set it back to stock and got my power back.
I have dyno chart before and after comparison, but i'm too lazy to look for it=(

If youre gonna do autox try the tein flex supspension. I have it on my roadster and it handles like a charm.

I've heard bad things about the megan racing stuff. I was thinking of going that route. I chose Tanabe instead but of course I have a friend who is a supplier so I got it at 50% off, .

Suspension mods will make you faster than horsepower mods when it comes to track/autoX.

Default Switch

hey if you are looking for a little better handling... read up about the SSS speed sensative steering for details... i'll be selling a switch in a week or 2 to improve it... should help on the track quite a bit!!!! the switch will be $40+ shipping, not a very big chunk out of the 1200, ive knocked off a few seconds on the road course. and daily driving when i take a HARD turn i can feel the difference... feels like i have more boundaries... take them turns harder and faster
