The same tires all the way around will help with understeer and you get to rotate them. I would do 18 or 19x9.5 and put 275s all around.

If you want the same off set all around, you might as well buy another car. Utilize the wide a$$ end of the Z, put staggered wheels. Go wider in the rear, it allows for a wider rear as well as looks better.
