Just like to correct misinformation.
Who knows? Someone looking to make a buying choice may stumble across this thread as I did!

Yeah, he bumped up a thread older than dirt...

But he did use SEARCH and posted his interest in the appropriate area. If he started a new one; everyone would be on his *** for a repost.

yes, and the conclusion that was arrived at was largely based on mis-information.
In the interests of accuracy I felt the need to chime in, no matter how old the thread was.

hey it's not too late for that!!
Doesn't bother me particularly unless people come up with valid arguments, otherwise I just join right in.

He most likely has a performance meter in his car. I've done a 4.5, but I don't have his mods. 4.8 is stock.

lol, your a cool dude, wolfman. Personally, got no problems with the crossfire. Especially since i haven't seen any one that's "molested" with wrong body kits, wings, and colors.

wolfman- don't mean to be an arsehole, like I rarely make posts to stir people and everything so don't take this the wrong way. But did you join this forum simply because you stumbled past this thread and thought it's your duty as a srt6 owner to 'set the record straight' amongst z owners about this specific model of the crossfire? It just seems very vigilante like, do you care what other car owners think of your car? Do you surf all car forums to see if your car is bad mouthed? Like I said I'm just curious to your motives.

Basically yes, as I've acknowledged several times.

I guess I have a bad case of "I can't come to bed honey, someone on the internet is wrong".
There's also a strong motivation to see how much is known about these cars in communities outside SRT/Benz forums. I just make sure to remain cordial while doing it!

The Z may lose to the crossfire in a race, but the Z wins the beauty contest hands down!

Bro, I really don't think you're gonna garner much hate (if that is your point) on an SRT crossfire. If anything, 350z owners can relate to another two seater sports car.

This isn't that type of section in this forum; Now, had you said Hi, I'm 16, just got my license, I modded my civic with a CAI and I killed a 350z... in which case, the moderators are all very alert here and would probably just ban the member.

You should check the "off topic discussion" in discussion forums and post in the other cars section... post your pics there if you want opinions... this place will definitely give you opinions.

supercharger, turbo, it has forced induction. Regardless, it is pathetic how many american cars need forced induction to even compete with the Z's N/A performance.

firstly, German, not American, second, The Z engine's 300cc larger, third, it doesn't "compete", it's much faster.
